Japan's Viral Fried Sandwiches Hit Ultimo 🥪

Age 3, a new Japanese fried sandwich shop, recently opened its doors in Ultimo and is drawing big crowds. Their menu features delicious sweet and savoury sandwiches, including fun local specials like the lamington flavour. A must-try is the Ganache Matcha sandwich, which combines crispy fried shokupan bread with rich matcha ganache.

Their goal is to raise $500,000 for a much-needed accessibility upgrade, and they've already secured $55,000 through fundraising and sponsorships.
