Hay St Market Now Open: Sydney's New Food Destination🍴🌏

Sydney's Paddy's Markets has launched Hay St Market, featuring 48+ food vendors with cuisines from around the world in a fully licensed space open daily. The 3,000-square-meter venue showcases dishes from notable chefs Luke Nguyen and Mark Olive, alongside specialty butchers, cheese experts, bakeries, and bars. The market transforms from morning shopping to evening dining destination, complementing the traditional Paddy's Markets while creating over 300 jobs in Haymarket. Beyond just food stalls, visitors can explore artisanal retail, fresh flowers, and unique beverages at Cans & Crates bar.
