🏠 Home of the Week 🏘

A new build by PAMA Constructions, BAIA spans four levels with an internal lift, north-east aspect and floor-to-ceiling glass opening to district and water views. Engineered oak flooring, Imperial Green quartzite and marble create a calm, refined feel, while two alfresco areas with full outdoor kitchens connect to the rumpus, media space and Onyx mosaic pool. The master suite has its own balcony and outlook. And with a four-car stacker plus a driveway, you can forget the usual Inner West parking shuffle.

The Empire Hotel at 103 Parramatta Road is up for sale, generating around $3.7 million annually across its bar, restaurants, 21 boutique accommodation rooms, and 19 gaming machines. The three-level heritage pub spans 800 square metres on a prime corner site, with a 3am liquor licence (Thursday to Saturday), two restaurants, and an adjoining commercial tenancy. The property sits in line for the Parramatta Road Corridor strategy, bringing 8,000 new dwellings to the area. It's being sold following the collapse of Jon Adgemis' Public Hospitality group. Expressions of interest close 4pm, 8 December. Reckon we could get a syndicate together and claim a corner of Annandale?
