Burwood Chinatown offers authentic Asian street food with over 50 hawker-style eateries featuring dishes from China, Thailand, Malaysia, Korea, Japan and beyond. The Fairer Future Plan is Inner West Council's alternative housing strategy that concentrates new homes around town centres and transport hubs, rather than implementing the NSW Government's Housing Reforms. Council is seeking community feedback on the plan through drop-in sessions held on weekday evenings and Saturdays in each ward, with the consultation period running until 6 July 2025.
